What Happens When the Systems We've
Always Relied on... Stop Working?
For over 400 years, humanity has operated under the Cross of Planning — a cycle built on social contracts, interdependence, and mutual responsibility. We were taught to follow the rules: 

  • “Others’ needs take priority over yours. 
  • “Self-sacrifice is noble." 
  • “Follow the plan: college, career, marriage, children, retirement.” 
  • “Social contracts and legacy support systems will always be here to support you.” 


This tribal structure gave us comfort, predictability, and a sense of belonging. 


But it also asked us to give up something essential: our own authority, our uniqueness, our true self.

The Breakdown Has Already Begun
According to Ra Uru Hu, founder of Human Design, this cycle ends in 2027. The tribal structures that once offered support are dissolving — and in their place, we’re being called into something radically different: 

The Age of Individuality. 
Where true security comes not from systems or others, but from living in deep alignment with our own inner authority.
We Are Losing Something
The old way had its comforts. The tribe offered support, safety nets, and a roadmap for life. But it also kept us small — trained to seek approval, silence our inner truth, and fit in. 

Now, as these structures fall away, we must learn to listen inward. 
To live our design. 
To become our own authority.

Workshop Details

  • The workshop will be held Thursday, May 15 at 2 pm MDT (Mountain Daylight Time) (4 pm EDT / 9 pm London / 6 am Sydney/Brisbane)
  • Workshop will run for 90 minutes.
