Live Sessions
The live sessions will begin May 13 at 2 pm MDT / 4 pm EDT / 9 pm London / 6 am Sydney/Brisbane. Depending on where participants are located, I may adjust the time to accommodate the majority of participants. The live sessions will be recorded so you can watch them later if you're unable to attend - but I recommend attending live if you're able, because this work is better in community.

Hi, I'm Tina, Reinvention Catalyst & Identity Architect

I am a certified, trained coach in midlife transitions. My passion in life is making a difference in people's lives. 

In 2020, I found myself facing a crisis that pushed me to my breaking point. I was miserable, questioning every day if this was all there was to life. I'd held executive positions in corporations and startups for 30 years, and I no longer found my work fulfilling. The big trip I'd planned for my 50th was cancelled due to the pandemic. 

When my position was eliminated, I took off on a solo road trip, seeking answers and healing. Along the way, I explored various healing modalities and therapeutic practices and engaged in deep introspection. I was desperately grasping at anything that could help.

  • How long is the program?
    It’s 6 weeks of recorded exercises and resources, guided group coaching, and weekly nervous system tools. You’ll have lifetime access to the recordings and the exercises.
  • What if I can't make it live?
    No problem. All sessions are recorded and you’ll get access to replays + resources to go at your own pace and revisit when you need.
  • Is this therapy?
    No. This is somatic-based coaching. We don’t process trauma, but we do teach tools that help you regulate your nervous system and feel safe in your body.
  • How much time does it take?
    Each week includes a 60-minute call, and short (5–10 minute) practices you can use daily — or anytime you need support.
  • What’s the investment?
    For 48 hours, the price is $97. After that, the price will go to $197, and the next time I offer this program, it will be $497.
  • When will the live sessions be held?
